Community Health Charities of Connecticut is proud to introduce Recipes for Healthy Living. Our workplace giving theme for 2004 was so popularly accepted we decided to dedicate a page on our website for everyone to download healthy recipes that our sponsored by our member Health Agencies. Each recipe has a short statistic or health fact that links diet and exercise to healthy living, managing disease, and helping to ward off some diseases.
